A Seller must have (and deserves) complete confidentiality. Any breach of confidence or disclosure of information through a Buyer can cause damage to a Seller's business.

Therefore OKBB requires every Buyer to sign a Non-Disclosure (Confidentiality) Agreement before seeing any information other than that which has been published for view by the public. NO EXCEPTIONS!
